the faces of Integrify

ever since i joined Integrify as a junior developer in training back in January, i have been spending 9 to 5, Monday to Friday, surrounded by a constantly learning community.

i like making art of and for people, so i gave myself a little portrait challenge. i had three rules:

1. the only supplies allowed are black ink and quinacridone gold watercolor. this is one of my favorite watercolor pigments ever, and it's also very close to the Integrify brand of yellow!
2. no sketching! just putting brush to paper, and inking last.
3. if i'm not happy with a portrait, i get only one (1) do-over.

i'm not done yet, but this has been a very fun and illuminating exercise! i'm very excited to gift the portraits to everyone. oh yeah, and for an extra personal touch, i took photos of the portraits on top of each person's computer.
